Job summary

Mahasurya Ventures India is seeking a Project Management Lead with automotive NPD experience to drive end-to-end programs by planning, coordinating, and monitoring APQP, PPAP, timelines, resources and customer requirements to ensure successful product launches and SOP readiness.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding quality standards across the development cycle.

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineer with automotive NPD/PM experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and monitor APQP, PPAP timelines.
• Excellent customer handling and negotiation skills.
• Proven problem-solving and team coordination abilities.
