Qualifications

• 13–20 years of overall experience.
• Strong Banking domain experience, preferably with PSU banks through IT services organizations.
• Career progression from Java Developer to Technical/Solution Architect and subsequently into Program Management.
• Experience managing large teams and complex banking technology programs.
• Strong understanding of program governance, P&L, estimation, risk management and quality processes.
• Exposure to NPA, Loan, Retail, Corporate or Digital Banking.
• Experience handling T&M and Fixed-Price projects.
• IT Service Delivery experience is mandatory.
