Job summary

Litmus in Mumbai seeks a Senior Manager – Technical Delivery & Program Management with 12–16 years of experience to oversee delivery governance and technical oversight for multiple customer projects and managed-service engagements.

You will coordinate across Network, Systems, Database, Cloud, and Monitoring teams, manage customer communications, and drive delivery excellence while ensuring profitable outcomes and high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Role requires delivery governance, technical oversight, stakeholder management, and coordination across Network, Systems, Database, Cloud, and Monitoring teams.
• Experience with BFSI or regulated environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project governance and risk management essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, timelines, risks, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate across multiple technical teams and ensure smooth project execution.
• Review technical solutions, migration plans, architecture, and implementation approaches.
• Manage customer communication, project reviews, and escalations.
• Ensure smooth Sales/Presales-to-Delivery handover.
• Track project quality, SLA, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead project managers and technical teams and drive process improvements.
