The Program Manager is responsible for end-to-end district operations of 108, 102, and 1962 services managing field teams, ensuring SLA compliance, and coordinating with government and community stakeholders.
Manage daily operations of 108 (Emergency), 102 (Maternal), and 1962 (Animal) services across the assigned district.
Lead 300400 field staff (EMTs, pilots, animal rescue crew) with 247 shift planning and performance management.
Ensure SLA compliance response time, scene-to-hospital time, and service quality across all three verticals.
Coordinate with District Administration, CMOs, Animal Husbandry Dept., and government authorities.
Represent EMRI at district review meetings; manage escalations, hospital, and vendor relations.
Drive fleet readiness, manpower planning, MIS reporting, and community awareness activities.
B.Tech (Automobile / Mechanical) or MBA / Any PG; 5–10 years in operations or emergency services.
Experience managing large field teams in a 247 environment.
Strong leadership, government liaison, MIS reporting, and crisis management skills.
