in Noida is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery by coordinating across multiple teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring successful execution of program objectives. You will establish strong collaboration between Product, Engineering, QA, and Business, proactively manage risks and dependencies, run Scrum ceremonies, and oversee governance and reporting to keep milestones and budgets on track.

• Assess the impact of risks and dependencies on timelines, scope, cost, and quality.
• Drive mitigation and contingency planning in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Facilitate and run Scrum ceremonies
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and technical leads to ensure backlog readiness and prioritisation.
• Track sprint commitments, velocity, team capacity, burndown/burnup, and sprint completion.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting sprint execution.
• Prepare and present regular program status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Track milestones, deliverables, resource utilisation, quality metrics, and financial performance.

Job Description – Program Manager – Agile Delivery & Cross-Functional Coordination

Experience: 12+ years
Location: Noida
Shift: 2.00 PM to 11.00 PM (need to support till 1.00 PM EST)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery by coordinating across multiple teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring effective execution of program objectives.

The individual will be responsible for establishing strong collaboration between business, product, engineering, QA, and other dependent teams; proactively managing risks, issues, and inter-team dependencies; and ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

In addition to program management responsibilities, the candidate must be hands-on in running Scrum ceremonies and driving Agile execution at the team level.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program and Delivery Management

• Own end-to-end program/project delivery, ensuring commitments are met within agreed timelines, scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, delivery roadmaps, and execution schedules.
• Monitor progress, identify delivery bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure clarity of ownership, responsibilities, priorities, and deliverables across teams.
• Drive collaboration between different teams, including Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, Business, Operations, and external stakeholders.
• Identify, track, and manage cross-team and external dependencies that may impact program delivery.
• Establish clear accountability, ownership, and timelines for all critical dependencies.

2. Stakeholder Management and Communication

• Act as the central coordination point between client stakeholders, internal teams, leadership, and other dependent groups.
• Conduct regular project reviews, stakeholder meetings, and steering committee discussions.

4. Risk and Issue Management

5. Scrum Management & Agile Execution

Required Skills and Experience

• 12+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 8 years in Project/Program Management or Agile Delivery Management.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex technology delivery programmes.
• Strong experience coordinating across multiple teams, stakeholders, and workstreams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage inter-team dependencies, delivery risks, issues, and escalations.
• Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing sprint execution.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Strong planning, prioritisation, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to work with distributed teams across geographies and time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, or PSM certification.
• Experience in enterprise technology programmes involving multiple teams and third-party dependencies.
