PyxTech in Maharashtra is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and implement comprehensive program management plans, coordinating timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering complex technology projects; MBA preferred and at least 10 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a program manager or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

• Strong understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.

• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus.

• Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,800,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
