Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited seeks an experienced AI/GenAI Program Leader to translate business needs into actionable AI roadmaps, manage milestones and budgets, and drive end-to-end delivery from PoC to production. The role emphasizes governance, value realization, and scalable AI implementations across products.

The candidate should have 10-12 years of experience, a relevant engineering/IT background, and an MBA or advanced degree in technology management or AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related discipline.
• MBA, Master's degree in Technology Management, AI, Data Science, or Project Management preferred.
• 10-12 years of experience in AI program delivery or related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate product and business requirements into feasible AI implementation roadmaps, including timelines, resources, investments, and expected outcomes.
• Define and manage program milestones, deliverables, dependencies, critical paths, risks, and governance to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive supplier execution through clear SoW, deliverables, KPIs, commercial milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage program budget and investment, tracking actuals vs. plan and driving cost optimization without compromising delivery objectives.
• Drive AI solutions through PoC → pilot → validation → production deployment, ensuring readiness at every stage and adherence to committed timelines.
• Establish and track delivery, AI performance, quality, cost, scalability, and business-value KPIs.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, changes, and dependencies, ensuring timely decisions and corrective actions.
• Provide transparent program status, investment, schedule, risk, and delivery reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive industrialization and scaling of successful AI solutions across products, maximizing return on AI investment and creating reusable implementation frameworks.
