Program Manager – FinTech

At Olyv, Program Managers are problem solvers and execution leaders. As a Program Manager, you will work directly with cross‑functional teams across Product, Data Science, Risk, Engineering, Growth, and Operations to drive initiatives that improve customer experience, business performance, and operational scale.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives across lending, growth, customer experience, and operational scale.
• Solve complex business problems by breaking down ambiguous problems and developing structured, data‑driven solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Analytics, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
• Create program roadmaps, define milestones, track progress, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time.
• Analyze key business metrics and identify insights to improve processes, product performance, and customer experience.
• Prepare program updates, dashboards, and recommendations for senior management and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Education: MBA / PGDM.
• Experience: 0–1 years.
• Strong problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent analytical thinking.
