Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives across lending, growth, customer experience, and operational scale.
• Solve complex business problems by breaking down ambiguous problems and developing structured, data‑driven solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Analytics, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
• Own program execution: create program roadmaps, define milestones, track progress, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time.
• Use data to drive decisions: analyze key business metrics and identify insights to improve processes, product performance, and customer experience.
• Work with leadership: prepare program updates, dashboards, and recommendations for senior management and leadership teams.
