Jobtailor in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced Technology Source-to-Pay (S2P) analyst to lead procurement analytics, governance, and performance tracking. You will own reporting, monitor supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement across the S2P lifecycle.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to manage dashboards, ensure adherence to controls and SLAs, and build actionable insights for decision-makers across procurement and finance teams.

Job description

Lead, analyse, and evaluate Technology Source-to-Pay activities to track and improve efficiency
Run and monitor procurement, supplier, service, project, and performance metrics
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Act as a routine contact for suppliers and stakeholders
Support issue resolution, governance, and operational review meetings
Handle S2P requests and investigate issues
Log, track, report, and escalate incidents, risks, and performance concerns
Support purchase requisition processes and invoice validation
Ensure adherence to procurement controls and standards
Maintain SoW, investment, invoice, and goods receipt data
Produce reports, dashboards, governance packs, and insights for decision-makers
Support BAU operations and project delivery
Contribute to documentation, standards, planning, governance, and continuous improvement
Lead continuous improvement projects assigned by management

Requirements
