Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services in Bangalore is seeking a Professional Operations Specialist (IC) for our India Centre of Excellence. Responsibilities

• End-to-end SOW creation and Salesforce-to-NetSuite setup.
• Publish a rolling 4-week assignment plan for resources.
• Ensure 100% weekly timesheet & expense compliance for PS consultants.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and consultant utilization.
• Conduct month-end reconciliations and triage AR discrepancies.
• Build and maintain real-time Power BI dashboards.

Key Role Details:

• Role: Professional Operations Specialist (Individual Contributor)
• Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid)
• Shift Timings: Evening / Night Shift (Aligned to US EST/CST hours)
• Experience Required: 2 to 3 years in Operations, Project Coordination, or PS Support
• Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days max
• Must-Have Tools: Salesforce Service Cloud, NetSuite ERP, MS Excel, and Power BI / BI Tools

Role Overview:

In this role, you will work closely with US-based PS Directors and the Vice President to drive operational efficiency. You will own SOW administration, resource planning, weekly timesheet compliance, project budget vs. actual monitoring, month-end reconciliations, and real-time operational dashboarding using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end SOW creation, repository management, and Salesforce-to-NetSuite setup.
• Manage weekly consultant resource allocations and publish a rolling 4-week assignment plan.
• Ensure 100% weekly timesheet & expense compliance across all PS consultants.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and consultant utilization.
• Conduct month-end reconciliations and triage discrepancies for Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Build and maintain real-time operational dashboards in Power BI.
