Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated, Mumbai-based, invites a facilities management professional to oversee outsourced services at on-site locations. You will coordinate cleaning, security, admin, reception, and associated support to meet quality standards.

You will implement building procedures, monitor performance metrics, ensure timely supply of materials, and drive client satisfaction through reliable service delivery and responsive helpdesk and mailroom operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage outsourced service contracts (cleaning, security, admin, reception, helpdesk, pantry, mailroom).
• Develop and implement building procedures and performance measures.
• Ensure adequate supply of materials and services with client-approved contracts.
• Routinely inspect contracted services to ensure performance.
• Ensure timely Helpdesk responses and mailroom deliverables.
• Strive to achieve client satisfaction.

• Managing all outsourced service contracts and Jones Lang LaSalle personnel, including inspections and quality management of service delivery – this includes all cleaning functions/ Security/ Administration/ Reception/ Helpdesk/ Pantry and Mailroom services.
• Developing and implementing building procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods and reliability of systems
• Ensuring an adequate supply of materials and service for the proper operation of the buildings and enter into supply and service contracts as approved by the client
• Routinely Inspect all contracted services to ensure performance measures are being maintained
• Ensure Helpdesk service requests are attended to in time.
• Effectively manage the mailroom services to ensure an on time deliverable system
• Achieve client satisfaction to Client expectations.
