Responsibilities

• Staffing and manpower planning.
• Escalation point for client concerns; build relationships with client stakeholders.
• Conduct periodic client review meetings; ensure client satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Support revenue enhancement opportunities.
• Ensure contract compliance and performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, EHS, and company requirements.
• Monitor safety practices; conduct safety audits; document records.
• Prepare and submit operational MIS reports; track KPIs, SLAs, action plans.
• Present performance updates to management and clients; support business reviews and audits.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings; drive digital adoption.

Team Management

• Ensure adequate staffing and manpower planning.

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders.
• Conduct periodic review meetings with clients.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Financial Management

• Support revenue enhancement opportunities.

Vendor Management

• Ensure contract compliance and performance standards.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, EHS, and company requirements.
• Monitor safety practices and conduct safety audits.
• Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.
• Drive zero-incident culture across all sites.

Reporting & Governance

• Prepare and submit operational MIS reports.
• Track KPIs, SLA performance, and action plans.
• Present performance updates to management and clients.
• Support business reviews and audits.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
• Implement best practices across all managed sites.
• Drive digital adoption and operational efficiency initiatives.

Branch Inspections

• Conduct scheduled inspections across all assigned sites.
• Evaluate site performance against organizational standards, SOPs, and client requirements.
• Identify operational, safety, compliance, and service-delivery gaps.
• Publish Branch Inspection Reports with actionable recommendations.
• Track action closure and drive continuous improvement across the cluster.
• Benchmark branch performance and share best practices across sites.
