Kiya.ai is seeking a Production Support Engineer in Chennai with 2–5 years of experience in DevOps and Linux. You will manage incidents, monitor health of applications and infrastructure, and automate deployments. Collaboration with global teams, including Paris, is expected as part of a cross‑functional support model.

The role emphasizes incident management, RCA, ITSM tooling, and scripting to improve reliability. Immediate to short joiners are preferred.
