Kiya.ai in Chennai is seeking SRE Engineers with 5–7 years of experience to maintain production stability in a banking domain. You will manage Linux/RHEL and Windows Server administration, ITIL incident/ change processes, and provide 24/7 production support with rapid incident response.

You will work on monitoring with Dynatrace/Geneos/AppDynamics, scripting in Bash, Python and PowerShell, and handle SQL-based production troubleshooting, vulnerability remediation, and security patching.

Qualifications

• Must have strong Linux/RHEL and Windows Server administration skills.
• ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management experience is required.
• 24x7 production support experience with incident response and RCA capabilities.
• Experience with vulnerability remediation and security patching.
• Proficient in monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Geneos or AppDynamics.
• Scripting skills in Bash/Shell, Python and PowerShell.
• SQL queries and production troubleshooting expertise.
• Focus on performance, availability and reliability management.

Responsabilités

• Provide 24x7 production support and rapid incident response.
• Manage ITIL processes for incidents, problems, changes, and releases.
• Troubleshoot production issues in a banking domain; identify RCA.
• Monitor systems using Dynatrace, Geneos, AppDynamics; implement patches.
• Automate tasks with Bash/Python/PowerShell scripts; manage SQL queries.
