Job summary

You will work with ITIL-aligned processes, including problem management, trend analysis, and continuous service improvement, using Dynatrace, Splunk, and CA ESP for proactive monitoring and workload automation.

Experienced in Java and .NET Production Support, handling incident resolution, application monitoring, root‑cause analysis, and performance issues while ensuring system stability and SLA compliance. Strong expertise in ITIL‑aligned Problem and Incident Management, including trend analysis, permanent fix implementation, and continuous service improvement. Proficient in Infrastructure and Application Monitoring using tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and CA‑ESP, with hands‑on experience in proactive monitoring, alert management, log analysis, and workload automation. Skilled in CA‑ESP / Workload Automation for job scheduling, batch processing, failure handling, and dependency management in critical production environments. Experienced in Big Data Production Support integrated with ITSM processes, supporting high‑volume, mission‑critical systems. Demonstrated ability in Major Incident Management, coordinating cross‑functional teams, ensuring effective communication, rapid restoration of services, and post‑incident reviews. Strong working knowledge of SQL and AWS services, with hands‑on production support experience in the Banking Domain, adhering to regulatory, security, and compliance standards. Adept at working in 24x7 support environments, ensuring high availability, reliability, and operational excellence.
