Job summary

S3V Vascular Technologies in Mysuru, India is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to plan and coordinate production activities on the shop floor. You will ensure GDP/GMP compliance, drive machine efficiency and oversee production tracking, inventory decisions and safety audits.

The role requires supervising and mentoring staff, maintaining regulatory documentation, and coordinating maintenance or modification of equipment to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct or coordinate the work activity and resources necessary for manufacturing.
• Maintain GDP & GMP on the production shopfloor.
• Improve the productivity and OEE of machines.
• Develop or implement production tracking, enlisting production, quality control.
• Maintenance of other operational report to detect production problem.
• Create, Manage and review production order to make decision concerning inventory
• Conduct side audits to insure adherence to safety and environmental regulation.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Maintain regulatory or compliance documentation.
• Supervise, Train and mentor subordinate employees.
• Develop and maintain procedure normal operation of manufacturing system.
• Make sure factory equipment is running at optimal efficiency.
• Coordinate for facility or equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines.
• Review operation and conform with technical or administrative staff to resolve Production or processing problems.
