Job summary

S3V Vascular Technologies in Mysuru is seeking a production supervisor to plan, direct, and optimize manufacturing activities on the shop floor. You will ensure GDP/GMP compliance, supervise staff, and drive machine efficiency and production tracking to meet output targets.

The role involves coordinating maintenance, reviewing production orders, and conducting safety/environmental audits to uphold regulatory standards and resolve bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, directing or coordinating work activity and resources for manufacturing.
• Maintains GDP & GMP on the production shopfloor.
• Aims to improve productivity and OEE of machines.
• Develops or implements production tracking, enlisting production and quality control.
• Conducts side audits to ensure safety and environmental regulation adherence.
