Job summary

Faurecia in India is seeking a seasoned production supervisor to lead daily welding lines and drive QCD targets from the Sriperumbudur plant. You will manage shift planning, attendances, and resource allocation while ensuring compliance with SOPs and work instructions.

You will coach and develop shop floor teams, coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics and Production Planning, and push 5S, TPM and Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Hands-on exposure to welding processes.
• Strong manpower handling capability.
• Experience in supervising production shifts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
