Job Overview

We are hiring a Production Supervisor to manage production operations in an automotive manufacturing setup. The role involves production planning, manpower handling, quality control, and ensuring smooth workflow on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities and achieve production targets
• Handle manpower planning and team supervision
• Prepare production planning and scheduling
• Ensure quality and safety compliance on shop floor
• Coordinate inventory and raw material availability
• Maintain production reports and documentation
• Work closely with QA and maintenance teams
• Monitor workflow efficiency and resolve production issues

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma / B.Tech in relevant field
• 3-4 years of experience in Auto / Manufacturing / Sheet Metal industry
• Experience in production supervision preferred
• Knowledge of Tally / BG (preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
