Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals invites applications for a Production role focused on Granulation. Responsibilities include upkeep and supervision of the Granulation area, documentation, and batch manufacturing activities as per BMR instructions.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep of Granulation area in Production.
• Supervise the Granulation area in Production.
• Prepare and review SOPs and other manufacturing documentation.
• Handle SAP R/3 system for manufacturing transactions.
• Prepare and review investigations related to Deviations, OOS, OOT, Market complaints and exception reports.
• Initiate, review and assess Quality Management System changes (e.g., Change controls, CAPAs, Risk assessments).
• Sign equipment qualification documents as business owner.
• Review and ensure calibration, preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Perform Glorya EDMS related activities.
• Carry out batch manufacturing activities as per BMR instructions.
• Document all activities in the areas worked.
• Daily production planning and execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments for smooth production activities.
• Review executed batch manufacturing records.
• Manage material storage areas.
• Ensure SOP compliance.
• Comply with cGMP practices.
• Undergo training as identified.
• Train and develop manpower assigned.
• Execute tasks assigned by supervisor/HOD/designee.
• Follow safety precautions in production.
• Maintain disciplined work culture in manufacturing area.
• Ensure readiness for regulatory inspections and compliance.
• Manage the Inspection Readiness Program in Production.
• Participate in regulatory inspections and internal/external audits.
• Identify shop floor related improvement projects and implement best practices in Production.
• Ensure data integrity as per the laid down systems and procedures.

Role & responsibilities:

• 1. Responsible for upkeep of Granulation area in Production.
• 2. Responsible for supervising the Granulation area in Production.
• 3. Preparation and review of SOPs and other documentation in manufacturing areas.
• 4. Handling of SAP R/3 system (Manufacturing related transactions).
• 5. To prepare and review the investigations related to Deviations, OOS, OOT, Market complaints, Exception reports etc.
• 6. To initiate, review and impact assessment of Quality management systems as part of investigation such as Change controls, CAPAs, Risk assessment etc.
• 7. Signing of equipment qualification related documents as a business owner.
• 8. To review and ensure compliance, calibration, preventive maintenance of all machines in manufacturing areas.
• 9. Responsible to perform Glorya EDMS related activities.
• 10. Performing batch manufacturing activities as per BMR instruction.
• 11. Documentation of all activities in areas worked.
• 12. Daily production planning and execution.
• 13. Coordination with cross functional departments for smooth functioning of production activities.
• 14. Review of executed batch manufacturing records.
• 15. Material storage areas management.
• 16. Ensure Standard Operating Procedure compliance.
• 17. To comply with the cGMP practices.
• 18. Undergoing the training as per the identified training needs.
• 19. Training and utilization of the manpower allotted.
• 20. Training and development of the manpower allotted in the area to meet the business need.
• 21. To execute all the tasks assigned by immediate Supervisor/ HOD/ Designee.
• 22. To follow the normal safety precautions in production department.
• 23. Responsible for maintaining disciplined work culture in manufacturing area.
• 24. To ensure readiness of the department for regulatory inspections and ensure their compliance.
• 25. Management of inspection readiness Program in the Production Department.
• 26. Participate in the regulatory inspections and internal and external audits.
• 27. Identification of Shop floor related Improvement Project and implement best Practices in the Production Department.
• 28. To ensure compliance to data integrity as per laid down system and procedure.
