• Generate Tax Invoices, E-Way Bills, and other dispatch-related documents accurately and on time.
• Maintain, monitor, and periodically audit raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods stock.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and coordinate with the sales team for order confirmation.
• Maintain accurate production, dispatch, and inventory records using Microsoft Excel.
• Plan and allocate work to machine operators and factory workers to maximize productivity.
• Ensure all products meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with procurement, stores, and logistics teams for uninterrupted production.
• Monitor raw material consumption and minimize wastage.
• Ensure machinery is properly maintained and report any breakdowns or maintenance requirements.
