The role requires 2 years of manufacturing experience, ITI/ Diploma/Graduate level education in mechanical, production, or electrical fields, and

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on Pultrusion and molding lines (SMC, DMC, BMC, Hand Lay-up).
• Ensure compliance with production schedules, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Monitor and control production parameters – resin mixing, mold preparation, curing, trimming, and finishing.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process quality checks and corrective actions.
• Maintain production records, logbooks, and shift reports.
• Train, guide, and monitor workers to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Implement and maintain 5S and workplace discipline across lines.

Role Summary

We are seeking qualified and committed Production Supervisors to manage shop-floor operations across Pultrusion, SMC, DMC, BMC, and Hand Lay-up processes. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in composite production and the ability to lead a team towards achieving daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on Pultrusion and molding lines (SMC, DMC, BMC, Hand Lay-up).
• Ensure compliance with production schedules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
• Monitor and control production parameters – resin mixing, mold preparation, curing, trimming, and finishing.
• Coordinate with the QA/QC department for in-process quality checks and corrective actions.
• Maintain production records, logbooks, and shift reports.
• Train, guide, and monitor workers/operators to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Implement and maintain 5S and workplace discipline across assigned lines.

Support preventive maintenance planning and raw material requirement reporting

Requirements

Candidate Profile

Education:

• ITI / Diploma / Graduate (Mechanical / Production / Electrical preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a manufacturing plant

• Duration: 4–6 months
• Stipend during probation: ₹25,000 per month (fixed)
