Job summary

IAssess Consultants LLP in Noida is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee shift-level operations, optimize manpower, and ensure daily targets are met.

You will monitor machine utilization, maintain process discipline, and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to uphold safety and quality standards. The role requires 12-hour shifts and a Diploma/BE in Plastic or Mechanical Engineering.

Qualifications

Role Overview

• Monitor shop-floor activities and resolve production issues.
• Prepare shift production and handover reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety and production procedures.

Preferred Industry And Product Experience

Candidates should have experience in engineering or plastic products, preferably in:

Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years of relevant production experience.
• Diploma / B.E. in Plastic or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong experience in shop-floor and shift production management.
• Hands-on experience in manpower handling and machine utilization.
• Good coordination with Quality and Maintenance teams.
• Comfortable working in 12-hour shifts.
