Job summary

Allusign in Jaipur is seeking a production supervisor to optimize manufacturing workflows, ensure on-time target completion, manage line balancing, and coordinate manpower on the shop floor.

You will monitor maintenance, ensure material and WIP availability, oversee quality checks, and handle daily reporting and handovers for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Production targets and line balancing: ensure on-time completion of orders and smooth workflow.
• Manpower deployment and absenteeism: manage floor manpower availability andLeave control.
• In-process quality and rework control: conduct on-stage production inspections and guide for no rework.
• Machine uptime and maintenance coordination: follow up preventive maintenance records.
• Material and WIP availability at the line: ensure raw materials on floor for production.
• Reporting, shift handover and escalation: daily reporting and task assignment on floor for smooth communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on production targets and inline workflow to meet on-time completion.
• Manage manpower on the floor, including deployment and absenteeism control.
• Oversee on-line quality checks and guide for no rework to maintain quality.
• Coordinate maintenance for machine uptime and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure material and WIP availability on the line for uninterrupted production.
• Prepare daily reports, handovers, and escalation as needed for smooth operations.
