Job summary

Paras Spices is seeking a production-focused professional in India to oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities in line with the production plan and quality standards.

You will maintain accurate production records, ensure material traceability, coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores and Dispatch teams, and raise material indents to secure materials during shifts while monitoring manpower, targets and machine utilization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth production operations as per the production plan and quality standards.
• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation accurately and on time.
• Ensure proper material traceability and maintain FDP-related records for materials used in the production department.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams for timely material availability and dispatch requirements.
• Prepare and raise material indents for production requirements and ensure availability of required materials during shifts.
• Monitor manpower, production targets, machine utilization, and process compliance during assigned shifts.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, GMP, and company procedures within the production area.
• Identify production-related issues and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.
