Job summary

Biesse is seeking a hands-on shop-floor supervisor to manage multiple shifts in Bengaluru. The role includes CNC programming, supervising VMC/HMC and other machines, and guiding a mixed workforce including trainees.

You will ensure targets, productivity, and quality while implementing lean practices and safety standards. This position requires adapting to rotational and night shifts and driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in CNC programming and operation of CNC machines.
• Experience supervising a mixed workforce including trainees.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and EHS standards.
