Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a CNC Production Supervisor to oversee daily CNC operations (VMC, HMC, Lathe) ensuring efficient resource use and quality standards.

Candidate will coordinate with maintenance for timely repair, drive process improvements to boost productivity, and uphold safety and clean environment, while collaborating with other departments to manage material availability and inventory.

• Oversee daily production operations on CNC machines (VMC, HMC, Lathe) to ensure efficient use of resources and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for timely repair and maintenance of machinery to minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to material availability, inventory management, or supply chain disruptions.
