Job summary

Desire Consultancy Service in Bhilai is seeking a production supervisor to oversee the shift that runs moulding, melting, core making and pouring activities. You will monitor sand quality, metal temperature and chemical composition to ensure product quality and process stability.

The role requires coordinating with Quality, Maintenance and Stores, allocating manpower, and ensuring safety, 5S and housekeeping on the shop floor to maintain smooth production.

Responsibilities

• Achieve shift production targets as per plan
• Manage moulding, melting, core making and pouring activitie
• Monitor key process parameters like sand quality, metal temperature and chemical composition
• Control casting rejection, rework and process defect
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Stores for smooth production.
• Allocate manpower and monitor operator performance
• Ensure safety, 5S and housekeeping in the shop floor
• Maintain production,etc..
