Job summary

Adonis Recruitment Consultants is seeking a Lead Shift Injection Molding Production professional in Sriperumbudur to oversee molding and plastics parts assembly, monitor shifts, and drive line performance.

You will coordinate production planning, set targets, manage 5S on the shop floor, maintain PFMEA, IPCQC, and control plans, and lead daily operator meetings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in production or assembly with Injection Molding/assembly in the automotive sector.
• Strong skills in manufacturing management, shop floor 5S, IPQC, rejection control, OEE records maintenance, and control plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift injection molding production or plastics parts assembly and shift monitoring.
• Coordinate production planning, target achievement, and daily operator meetings with shift teams.
• Implement and maintain PFMEA, control plans, and parts drawings to ensure quality and efficiency.
