Job summary

Uteshiya Medicare Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced PPC/Production Planning professional in Gujarat. The role focuses on creating daily to monthly production plans aligned with customer orders, maintaining the MPS, and allocating jobs across CNC/VMС and other processes.

You will ensure material readiness, release work orders, monitor WIP, and drive cross-functional coordination to meet delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
• 3–7 years of relevant experience
• Experience in medical device/precision manufacturing preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on customer orders and delivery commitments
• Prepare and maintain Master Production Schedule (MPS) and machine-wise loading plans
• Plan and allocate jobs for VMC, CNC, Grinding, EDM, Laser and other processes
• Ensure availability of raw material, tools, fixtures, CNC programs and required resources before production
• Generate and release Work Orders / Job Cards and define process routing
• Monitor WIP and material movement at every stage
• Take ownership of material movement and follow-up to avoid idle processes
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Store, Outsourcing, QC, QA, Assembly, Packing and Dispatch
• Identify bottlenecks, delays, shortages and capacity constraints and take proactive action
• Monitor Production vs Plan, machine utilization, WIP, rejection/rework and delivery status
• Ensure finished goods are available per customer commitments and coordinate with Dispatch
• Prepare daily production reports, weekly planning vs actual and monthly MIS
• Use ERP/MRP and Advanced Excel for planning, tracking and analysis
• Support continuous improvement to reduce lead time, WIP, machine idle time, changeover time and production delays
• Ensure activities comply with ISO 13485, traceability and medical-device requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on customer orders and delivery commitments.
• Prepare and maintain Master Production Schedule (MPS) and machine-wise loading plans.
