Job summary

ARUR FOOTWEAR LTD seeks an experienced Production Planner & Quality Assurance Manager for EVA and Rubber footwear components. You will oversee end-to-end production, ensure on-time delivery, and enforce quality standards across incoming, in-process, and final inspections.

The role requires 5–8 years in production planning and quality in EVA/Rubber footwear, with strong ERP/MIS and documentation skills. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on process improvement, safety, and delivering

Qualifications

• Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Polymer, Rubber Technology or related field preferred.
• Experience: 5-8 years in Production Planning & Quality, preferably in EVA/Rubber Footwear Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of EVA and Rubber production processes, quality control and production planning.
• Good understanding of ERP/MIS, production reporting and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily/weekly/monthly production as per orders and delivery timelines.
• Manage end-to-end production of EVA and Rubber footwear components.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality and Dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
• Monitor production capacity, manpower, machine utilization and material availability.
• Ensure production meets quality standards, specifications and customer requirements.
• Establish and monitor quality checks at incoming, in-process and final stages.
• Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor rejection, wastage, rework and productivity and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, 5S and statutory requirements.
• Maintain production plans, quality reports, inspection records and MIS.
• Coordinate with customers/internal teams for quality issues, product specifications and delivery commitments.
• Support new product trials, process improvement and production optimization.
