Relaxo is seeking an experienced Manager Technical EVA Injection Molding in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. You will helm technical activities for EVA footwear, oversee mixing/processing, evaluate materials and vendor quotes, and drive cost reduction while ensuring supply and quality.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of post-qualification experience in EVA footwear/manufacturing.
• Hands-on in EVA injection molding, compounding, rubber and chemicals.
• Experience with material development, quality control and vendor development.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical activities related to EVA injection molding and materials.
• Manage EVA mixing, compounding and processing to meet specs.
• Evaluate raw materials, samples and quotations from a technical view.
• Drive vendor development, cost optimization and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement and Quality teams to resolve issues.
• Support new material development, trials, testing and validation.
• Ensure timely material replenishment and availability for production.
• Monitor material quality to support product quality and efficiency.
• Handle import activities and related compliance.
• Analyze issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager Technical EVA Injection Moudling, with strong expertise in EVA Injection technology, EVA shoes/footwear manufacturing, rubber, chemicals and related raw materials. The candidate will be responsible for technical evaluation, material quality, EVA Injection Moudling processes, vendor development, cost optimization and ensuring timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical activities related to EVA Injection moudling, shoes/footwear, rubber, chemicals and packaging materials.
• Manage and monitor EVA mixing, compounding and processing to ensure adherence to defined specifications.
• Evaluate raw materials, samples, new materials and vendor quotations from a technical perspective.
• Drive vendor development, material quality improvement and cost optimization.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Procurement and Quality teams to resolve EVA, material and process-related issues.
• Support new material development, trials, testing and validation for EVA Injection Moudling.
• Ensure timely material replenishment and availability as per production requirements.
• Monitor material quality and consistency to support product quality and production efficiency.
• Handle technical aspects of import activities and relevant statutory compliance.
• Analyze quality issues and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Educational Qualification

Experience

12+ years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in EVA footwear / EVA Injection moudling, coumpounding / Rubber / Chemicals / Polymer / Footwear Manufacturing.

Candidates with strong hands-on experience in EVA /compounding, EVA footwear manufacturing, material development, quality control and vendor development will be preferred.
