Job summary

Triune Technofab Private Limited, an unit of Astrotech Steels Private Limited, seeks a Production Planner PPC to organize daily and monthly production plans, coordinating with Sales, Production, Purchase, Stores, QAQC and Logistics. You will process Sales Orders and Production Orders in Dynamics NAV and manage BOMs, item codes, material requirements and TOs.

The role requires strong Excel and MIS reporting skills, excellent coordination, and the ability to meet production and delivery targets

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning / PPC is required.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling and material planning.
• Experience or familiarity with ERP / NAV is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and MIS reporting.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple departments to meet production and delivery targets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily and monthly production plans.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchase, Stores, QAQC and Logistics.
• Process Sales Orders and Production Orders in Dynamics NAV.
• Create and maintain BOM and Item Codes.
• Check material availability and coordinate material requirements.
• Prepare Transfer Orders (TO) for material issuance.
• Monitor production progress against targets.
• Track On-Time Delivery (OTD) and shipment schedules.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Coordinate FG, pallet labelling and shipment planning.
• Handle rejection, rework and scrap-related activities.
• Conduct Daily Accountability Meetings and support Monthly Production Review Meetings.
• Monitor WIP and stock reconciliation.
