Job summary

Skyy Rider Electric Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Production Planner to manage and coordinate production planning activities for our EV and golf cart manufacturing operations.

The role involves ensuring smooth production scheduling, maintaining inventory levels, coordinating with procurement and logistics teams, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, with 1–2 years in production planning or fresh graduates

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years in production planning, manufacturing, or operations; EV/automobile experience preferred.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production activities based on demand forecasts and sales orders.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure raw material availability.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet targets.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules for delays or shortages.
• Maintain records of schedules, inventory, and material requirements.
• Work with quality control to ensure standards.

The role involves ensuring smooth production scheduling, maintaining inventory levels, coordinating with procurement and logistics teams, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production activities based on demand forecasts and sales orders.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure availability of raw materials and components.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet company targets.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays or supply shortages.
• Ensure optimal utilization of machines, manpower, and resources in the production process.
• Maintain records of production schedules, inventory levels, and material requirements.
• Work closely with the quality control team to ensure production meets company standards.
• Analyze production data to identify efficiency improvements and cost reduction opportunities.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
• Support management in improving production processes and workflow efficiency.
