Job summary

The Wallace Group is seeking a Production Executive to execute and monitor day-to-day production activities in line with the approved production plan, ensuring GMP, SOPs, safety and quality standards.

You will monitor processes, maintain batch records, coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering and Warehouse, and drive productivity while ensuring line clearance, equipment readiness and timely reporting of deviations.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production activities as per the approved production schedule.
• Ensure manufacturing operations are carried out as per GMP, SOPs, BMR/BPR and safety requirements.
• Monitor production processes and ensure achievement of daily/shift production targets.
• Maintain accurate and timely completion of batch manufacturing records and production documentation.
• Ensure proper line clearance, equipment cleaning and area readiness before commencement of production.
• Monitor machine performance, production yield, wastage and downtime and report deviations to the Production Manager.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse and other departments for smooth production operations.
• Ensure proper handling and usage of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.
• Identify production-related issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain cleanliness and discipline in the production area.
• Support investigations related to deviations, incidents and CAPA, as required.
• Train and guide operators/workers on SOPs, GMP and safe working practices.
• Prepare daily production reports and provide updates to the Production Manager.
• Support internal, customer and regulatory audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Contribute to productivity improvement, cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
