Job summary

Sneha Farms in Telangana is seeking Production Executives/Managers and Quality Executives/Managers to oversee daily production activities in our pet food manufacturing unit and food processing plant. The role focuses on ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining product quality, meeting targets, and upholding GMP, HACCP, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech/M.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc in Food Technology or related field.
• Freshers or candidates with manufacturing experience.
• Experience in food or pet food manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise daily production activities on the shop floor.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
• Maintain quality standards and food safety guidelines during manufacturing.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse and Procurement teams.
• Monitor machine performance and report breakdowns or maintenance needs.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery and raw materials.
• Maintain production records, reports and documentation accurately.
• Follow GMP, HACCP and hygiene standards in manufacturing.
• Reduce production losses and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
• Train and guide production workers on SOPs and safety procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.
