Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking a Project Manager Exhibition in Mumbai to lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of exhibitions. You will work with internal teams, exhibitors, and vendors to maintain timelines, budgets, and quality throughout all phases.

Responsibilities include creating detailed plans, coordinating with sales, marketing, and operations, managing budgets, overseeing build/dismantle, and ensuring excellent exhibitor and visitor experiences.

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in exhibitions, events, or related industry.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end event projects.
• Familiarity with vendor and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree required (event management or business preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for execution.
• Track progress and ensure timely delivery of all project components.
• Act as the primary point of contact for exhibitors.
• Support onboarding, communication, and servicing of exhibitors.
• Coordinate with sponsors, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Manage vendors including stall builders, logistics, AV, and venue teams.
• Oversee buildup and dismantling activities.
• Manage project budgets and track expenses.
• Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
• Lead onground operations during the exhibition.
• Resolve realtime issues and ensure smooth event flow.
• Monitor exhibitor and visitor experience.
• Prepare postevent reports and performance analysis.
• Collect feedback from exhibitors and stakeholders.
• Identify areas for improvement for future editions.
