Job summary

Reify Engineering in Tamil Nadu is seeking an experienced production leader for CNC operations in the automotive sector. You will drive cycle time reduction, manpower management, and robust quality control, while actively participating in production planning and safety practices.

You will lead Gemba walks, poke-yoke initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure on-time delivery and high standards of safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC Production and Operations in Automotive industry
• 15-20 years experience in Automotive Industry ( non Plastic)
