POSITION PURPOSE

Coordinate and supervise the entire production process of electrical panels and electronic devices, including the procurement of purchased products and external services, delivery times, and quality standards, within a project-based production environment. Reports to the Operations Director. Location: Padua.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and manage production activities based on acquired orders, ensuring compliance with timelines and costs.
• Generate project-based production orders.
• Verify proper planning of purchases.
• Monitor the progress of production orders and address any issues.
• Control and monitor the receipt of materials and semi-finished products.
• Update and reschedule production planning in case of delays, unforeseen events, or changing operational needs.
• Interface with the Purchasing Department and Project Managers.
• Coordinate the electrical assembly team.
• Interface with Logistics and Warehouse departments.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding technical and logistical aspects.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of electrical panel building, electrical systems, and electronic devices.
• Understanding of processing cycles and timelines for automation system projects.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and wiring layouts.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems for project management.

Managerial Skills:
