• Develop and implement improved manufacturing procedures, layouts, and tools for new and existing electrical components.
• Inspect and test products to ensure they meet technical standards, identifying and correcting defects.
• Resolve electrical production issues and perform root cause analysis for malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records of production, ensuring documentation and safety compliance.
