Job summary

Rexel India Pvt. Ltd. in Pune district is seeking an experienced Electrical/Instrumentation professional to supervise shop floor operations for PLC automation panel manufacturing.

You will coordinate wiring, testing, and documentation while ensuring adherence to IEC/UL standards and project timelines. The role requires 8–12 years of hands-on experience with PLC panels from Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, ABB, Mitsubishi, or Omron, plus AutoCAD proficiency and strong coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
• 8-12 years of experience in electrical/PLC automation panel manufacturing.
• Experience reading electrical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute manufacturing, wiring, assembly, and testing of PLC, MCC, PCC, VFD panels.
• Supervise shop floor activities and manage manpower.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and project teams.
• Review changes and implement revisions in production.
• Support customer inspections and FATs.
• Ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

Job Description

• Experience in electrical/PLC automation panel manufacturing
• Shop floor production supervision and manpower handling
• Knowledge of PLC control panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, and VFD panels.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
• Hands-on experience in panel wiring and testing.
• Familiarity with Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, ABB, Mitsubishi, or Omron PLC systems.
• Knowledge of electrical standards such as IEC, UL508A, and IS standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Coordination and communication skills.
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• To plan, coordinate, and execute the manufacturing, wiring, assembly, and testing of PLC, MCC, PCC, VFD, and control panels while ensuring compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

• Responsible for end-to-end shop floor production, manpower supervision, quality compliance, safety and on-time delivery of project or panels.
