Qualifications

• Degree in Plastics or Mechanical engineering.
• Over 5 years in manufacturing with cast film machine experience is mandatory.

• ISO standards knowledge and quality control procedures.
• Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Enforce health and safety precautions.
• Ensure minimum generation of scrap/wastage.
• Devise and review specifications for products or processes.
• Set requirements for raw material suppliers and monitor compliance.
• Oversee product development to identify deviations from quality standards.
• Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements.
• Approve right products or reject defectives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
• Ensure timely preventive maintenance of all equipment.
• Submit detailed reports to appropriate managers.
• Supervise inspectors, technicians and staff and provide guidance.
• Ensure manufacturing and quality processes meet ISO standards.
• Assist with implementation of efficiency tools such as 5S, Kaizen.

• Degree in Plastics or Mechanical engineering.
• >5 years of experience in manufacturing industry out of which some years of experience in cast film machine” is mandatory.

• In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant ISO standards
