Job summary

Conrade Engineering in India seeks a seasoned production professional to plan and manage daily manufacturing operations, ensuring targets are met and processes run smoothly. You will lead a sizeable workforce, drive Kaizen and quality initiatives, and maintain strict adherence to product specs and safety standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• B.tech/Diploma Mechanical Engineering, Automotive or Production engineering.
• Exp.- Min 5-8 years ( Preferably in Injection Moulding industry)
• Proficient in MS office
• Basic knowledge of 7QC tools, Kaizen, 5S, CAPA, Poka yoke, 4M, 3M.

Responsibilities

• Planning and managing daily production processes and achieving the daily production target.
• Managing and Handling the manpower (should be able to handle at least 50 manpower).
• Developing process improvements to effectively use materials and equipment
• Cost reduction, Rejection control & Quality improvement projects, Kaizen implementation.
• Following product specifications and quality control measures to manufacture the product.
• RM issuing on production lines based upon the production planning
• Taking corrective and preventive actions to ensure no quality concerns
• Responsible for managing the production team, including training and development, performance monitoring, and ensuring a healthy working environment.
• Making sure that daily checksheets filling and data recording is getting done properly as per the process.
• Awareness of Quality standards, tools, work ides and safety.
