Job summary

Tata Electronics (TEPL) is seeking a seasoned Production Management leader to oversee plan schedules, production execution, and daily operations across ISP manufacturing. The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to meet delivery targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will supervise large teams, optimize costs, track KPIs like OEE and FPY, and drive continuous improvement in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control.

• Plan Schedule Production: Ensure timely execution of production plans to meet delivery targets.
• Manage Operations: Oversee daily manufacturing activities for efficiency and quality.
• Quality Compliance: Maintain IPC/ISO standards and drive defect reduction.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and train operators/technicians; manage workforce allocation.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce EHS standards and audit readiness.
• Cost Control: Monitor production costs, scrap, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Reporting: Track KPIs (OEE, FPY, output) and communicate performance to management.
