The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations of electrical distribution and automation panels. This role includes planning and scheduling production, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, and meeting quality, safety, and delivery targets. The Production Manager will coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and quality teams to resolve production issues, improve processes, and meet project timelines for domestic and international clients. Daily tasks involve supervising shop floor activities, monitoring performance metrics, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. The role also involves mentoring production staff, maintaining documentation, and supporting management in capacity planning and scaling operations in line with business growth.
