The Production Manager will drive both execution and creative thinking owning end-to-end production while actively contributing to new shoot ideas, formats, and storytelling approaches.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Ideation for Shoots
- Collaborate with brand & marketing teams to develop fresh, insight-led shoot concepts
- Contribute to campaign thinking, not just execution
- Propose new-age formats (reels, campus stories, docu-style, student POV, etc.)
- Bring in trend-led thinking (social, youth culture, content styles)
- Translate brand ideas into strong visual storytelling frameworks
Shoot Planning & Execution
- Own end-to-end execution of shoots (photo/video/digital campaigns)
- Develop shoot plans, moodboards, shot lists, and production schedules
- Manage locations, talent, crew, and equipment logistics
- Ensure on-time delivery with high production quality
Creative Production Management
- Collaborate with directors, photographers, editors, and agencies
- Ensure creative vision is executed effectively on-ground
- Solve real-time challenges without compromising output quality
- Balance creative ambition with timelines, budgets, and feasibility
Content & Format Innovation
- Continuously explore and implement new content formats and storytelling styles
- Benchmark against leading university and brand campaigns globally
- Build repeatable content IPs (YouTube series, Instagram formats, campus-led content)
- Push work beyond generic college advertising
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage internal and external production teams
- Drive clarity, accountability, and performance across projects
- Conduct regular reviews and feedback loops
- Build a high-performance, collaborative team culture
Budgeting & Reporting
- Plan and control production budgets and resource allocation
- Track costs and ensure efficient utilization without quality compromise
- Report on output quality, timelines, and production efficiency
- Provide insights to improve future production processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's in:
