Job summary

Rexel1 in India seeks an experienced Electrical/Instrumentation engineer to supervise shop floor panel manufacturing, plan production, and coordinate with design, engineering, procurement and project teams. You will oversee wiring, testing, and ensure compliance with customer specifications and safety standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Instrumentation engineering with 8-12 years of relevant experience, capable of leading cross-functional teams and ensuring

• 8-12 years of experience in shop floor production supervision and panel manufacturing.

• End-to-end shop floor production, manpower supervision, quality compliance, safety and on-time delivery of panels

Job description

Experience

• Shop floor production supervision and manpower handling
• Knowledge of PLC control panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, and VFD panels.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
• Hands-on experience in panel wiring and testing.
• Familiarity with Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, ABB, Mitsubishi, or Omron PLC systems.
• Knowledge of electrical standards such as IEC, UL508A, and IS standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Coordination and communication skills.
• Basic computer and documentation skills

To plan, coordinate, and execute the manufacturing, wiring, assembly, and testing of PLC, MCC, PCC, VFD, and control panels while ensuring compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
