Job summary

Rexel India seeks an experienced professional with 8-12 years in electrical/PLC automation panel manufacturing to lead end-to-end shop floor production, wiring, and testing of PLC, MCC, PCC, and VFD panels on site. You will coordinate with design, engineering, procurement and project teams to meet timelines and quality standards.

The role requires a Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Instrumentation and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, with responsibility for safety, delivery, and FAT support.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
• 8-12 years of experience.
• Experience in electrical/PLC automation panel manufacturing.
• Knowledge of IEC, UL508A, and IS standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute manufacturing, wiring, assembly and testing of PLC, MCC, PCC, and VFD panels.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and project teams.
• Production planning and shop floor supervision.
• End-to-end shop floor production, manpower supervision, quality compliance, safety, and on-time delivery.
• Review technical changes and implement revisions in production.
• Support customer inspections and FAT.
• Material and Inventory coordination with Logistics/store team.
• Manpower management and safety on shop floor, dispatch and loading/unloading support.

Job Description

1. Experience in electrical/PLC automation panel manufacturing
2. Shop floor production supervision and manpower handling
3. Knowledge of PLC control panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, and VFD panels.
4. Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
5. Hands-on experience in panel wiring and testing.
6. Familiarity with Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, ABB, Mitsubishi, or Omron PLC systems.
7. Knowledge of electrical standards such as IEC, UL508A, and IS standards.
8. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
9. Coordination and communication skills.
10. Basic computer and documentation skills
11. To plan, coordinate, and execute the manufacturing, wiring, assembly, and testing of PLC, MCC, PCC, VFD, and control panels while ensuring compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
