Job summary

CSML GROUP is seeking a Production Manager to oversee end-to-end manufacturing of arcade machines, amusement equipment, and interactive games at our Mumbai facility. You will coordinate fabrication, electronics assembly, painting, procurement, scheduling, quality, and dispatch to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate brings 5–12 years in manufacturing, with expertise in production planning, ERP systems, Lean, and vendor management, plus strong leadership and process

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–12 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in amusement equipment, automation machinery, or fabrication preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, Excel, and lean practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily, weekly and monthly production schedules.
• Coordinate fabrication vendors.
• Supervise structural fabrication.
• Coordinate electronics assembly.
• Monitor production progress.
• Ensure material availability.
• Improve production efficiency.
• Manage manpower allocation.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Stores and Quality.
• Maintain production reports.
• Ensure workplace safety.
• Support new product launches.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing practices.
